In the words of the Head-Fred doctor overseeing the PICU team: He is getting better, it's just slow. She can point to hard evidence that shows improvement with his kidney function and belly pressure. Your prayers are being answered. Anna specifically stated that she can sleep better knowing they are covered in prayer.
He will remain on the vent certainly through today and possibly several more days. Ways you can continue to pray:
-reduced belly pressure
-ability to hold oxygen levels on his own
You can also pray for the many teams that are amazing in caring for Isaiah:
-PICU team
-pediatric trauma surgery team
-urology team
-nurses
Anna and Steve are thankful beyond words for all the individuals and churches praying for them, for the text messages, emails, phone calls, comments here. Your support is so needed and such a blessing.
Our plan is to use this website to give pre-bedtime updates and morning updates as well as ways that you can continue to cover the situation in prayer. Thank you. Thank you.
