There is nothing more eloquent to say.

Evie and Naomi were eager to help Isaiah enjoy the wonderful cards and things that he will be using throughout the next few weeks of rest. We cannot thank you enough for the multitude of ways that we have known the love and support from each of you. Thank you.

We are hopeful the catheter will be removed in the next week or two. The last follow up appointment with doctors is set for March 4th...just in time for baby sister to arrive!

God is great all the time. This event has transcended denominal lines. There are at least three different churches praying for you. Isaiah. I am sure there are even more churches (and people) who will continue to pray for you and your family forever. Selah has a great song "You Amaze Us". So sorry to hear about Isaiah's accident. However, glad to see your little guy is on the road to recovery and finally back home. Sending prayers of continued healing and health. The Weinbergs

Isaiah's Story

On Sunday, December 28, 2014 Isaiah took on the Herman the German sledding hill in New Ulm. At the bottom of the hill, at a very high rate of speed, he either bailed late or hit directly a crevice where the hill had washed out, suffering internal injuries. After a short visit to the New Ulm Medical Center ER he was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) in Minneapolis. He suffered a lacerated kidney. A stent was placed to bridge a separation between his ureter and kidney that occurred because of the accident as well. Miraculously he suffered no head injuries or broken bones. He has not needed surgery to repair the kidney, time and rest will hopefully be all that is needed to heal that injury. On Tuesday, January 13, 2015 Isaiah returned home from the hospital. Every day we see steps forward in the healing process.
