Morning Update - January 3, 2015 (Part 2)

Further update from those with boots on the ground...

Doctors are very happy with increase in urine output and softer belly.  Though they are increasing sedation for today there is a high likelihood of extubation tomorrow so they will be taking steps today to prepare for that possibility - some med changes and decreases, lowering vent settings, etc.

Anna says, "It feels down right joyous around here."

Continue to pray that pneumonia doesn't creep up, which would be a set back.  Thus far lungs and all appear good and he has been on a general antibiotic, but a specific way to pray nonetheless.
